Price Match Guarantee

At Chiro Chairs, we aim to provide quality office or gaming chairs to our customers at the best possible price.  To ensure customers receive the best price available for their products, Chiro Chairs implemented a Price Match Guarantee.  This means that we will gladly match the prices of any qualifying product from other select online retailers.  If you find a current lower price at the time of your purchase or within 14 days of your purchase, we will adjust your payment price upon request.

In order to price match a product, you must contact us and file a request.  First, make sure your product follows the qualifications below.  Then, feel free to reach us at Chiro Chairs, or click here to contact us directly through our website!  Please label the title Price Match Request, and include the product name, competitor's name, and a link to the price match offer on the  competitor's website.


Qualifications:

  • The product brand must follow a MAP Policy
  • The product must be identical in the brand name, size, weight, color, and model number.
  • The price for the product must be listed, in stock, and valid at the time of the price match request.  Inferno reserves the right to verify competitors' advertised price and availability of the item.
  • Price Match requests must be from an online competitive retailer.
  • The customer must have proof of price.  Original, digital receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
  • Price Match must be requested at the time of the purchase, or within 14 days after purchase.  This can be done by contacting us here.
  • Chiro Chairs reserves the right to limit price quantities of price matches per identical item per customer for online competitor matches, as well as the right to deny the request if unable to verify the competitor's price. 

Exclusions

  • Items on sale, discount, clearance, or liquidation at other competitive retailers.
  • Pricing cannot be only available to select groups of customers (Membership Programs or paid Loyalty Programs).
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers, discount, or auction websites.
  • Products that are pre-owned, resold, or damaged.
  • Items with pricing mistype due to typographical or other errors.
  • Pricing of the product is not displayed without logging in to a website.
  • Some products may be unable to be price matched, as they are already listed at the lowest possible price point.  In accordance with manufacturers, Inferno may not be allowed to drop below that price point
